Special Episode: What Do You Believe In? (Part 2)

This week’s episode is part 2 of this special series on Beliefs.  I have been passionately working on this one over the past few months. 

As a refresher:  

The vision: To explore how our beliefs shape who we are by asking people, “What do you believe in?”

The process: I interviewed 8 different people in a one-on-one interview.  I asked the same series of questions to each person in the same order.  They did not know the questions or the theme of the interview before hand.  Therefore, the answers they shared were completely impromptu and from the heart. 

The result is beautiful, magical, insightful, and absolutely inspiring.

An Interview With Kovács/O'Doherty

What if you could hear outer-space? That is exactly what this week's guests, Kovács/O’Doherty, made happen!

I am so excited that I got to interview Tom O’Doherty and Kata Kovács, the creators of the Art Installation Signal Tide. 

Signal Tide is a sound and extraterrestrial radio installation artwork by Kovács/O’Doherty. It combines real-time signals from an abandoned satellite currently orbiting the earth (the LES-1, launched in 1965) with specially-commissioned music and sound.

 This episode is a must for any creative who has big dreams for their art!

Love and Trust Your Body

This episode is an ode and love poem to our bodies.  We explore how we can strengthen and go deeper into our love for our bodies.  And ways we can strengthen our self-trust.

I share with you three ways your body is genius:

  1. Your Body Knows. Call it intuition or a gut feeling.  Your body often knows before your intellect.
  2. Your Body Speaks. Through our joys, aches, pains, energy level and other subtle communications, your body is communicating with you constantly. 
  3. Your Body Empowers. We have all heard that the mind can influence what we think.  It is just as true the other way, your body can influence your mindset as well.  

Plus, during this episode we write our bodies a love poem!  In the meantime, take a moment today to say, “I love my body!”
